Chocolate Cake Made with Pancake Mix and Cocoa

• 200 grams Pancake mix
• 50 grams Cocoa powder
• 100 grams Sugar
• 100 grams Milk
• 2 Eggs
• 100 grams Olive oil (Or vegetable oil, or melted butter)

1. This is the cocoa I used.
2. If you are using pure or unsweetened cocoa, add an extra 30 g of sugar.
3. Preheat the oven to 170C.
4. Mix all the ingredients together well, and pour into a cake tin.
5. Drop once or twice onto your counter or work surface to remove air bubbles.
6. I topped the cake in the photo with coconut before baking it.
7. Bake at 170C for 40-45 minutes to finish!
