Almost Home-Made Cole-Slaw Recipe
- 32 ounces kentucky fried chicken Coleslaw
- 16 ounces unsalted Spanish peanuts
- 12 bunch cilantro, diced
- Get a really pretty bowl and dump the coleslaw into it.
- Add the peanuts and the diced cilantro and mix well.
- Garnish the top with a few full cilantro pieces so it looks like a flower.
- Use any leftovers in a flour tortilla and any leftoever meat you may have and you have a wonderfully nutricious snack or lunch!
