Pepperoni Bread Balls
- 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough
- 10 slices Pepperoni
- 3/4 cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 jar Pizza Sauce/Marinara Sauce (15-16 Ounce Jar)
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees and coat 9x5 loaf pan with non-stick spray.
- Flatten each biscuit and top with a pepperoni slice then cheese.
- Bring the sides of the biscuit up and pinch closed into a ball.
- Put the balls sealed side down into the loaf pan.
- Optional: brush garlic butter onto tops of balls.
- Bake 12-14 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm and dip into warm marinara sauce.
- Kids absolutely love making this and will gobble them up.
- I make 2 batches at a time and use a small cake pan... as we eat several each.
