Pepperoni Bread Balls

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and coat 9x5 loaf pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Flatten each biscuit and top with a pepperoni slice then cheese.
  3. Bring the sides of the biscuit up and pinch closed into a ball.
  4. Put the balls sealed side down into the loaf pan.
  5. Optional: brush garlic butter onto tops of balls.
  6. Bake 12-14 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm and dip into warm marinara sauce.
  8. Kids absolutely love making this and will gobble them up.
  9. I make 2 batches at a time and use a small cake pan... as we eat several each.
