Baghara Dahi
- 1 cup yoghurt (Dahi)
- 12 teaspoon jeera powder
- 12 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 12 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 12 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 stalk curry leaf
- 3 dried garlic
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- salt
- In one bowl, take one tbsp cooking oil.
- Heat for two minutes.
- Add mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, chilli powder and turmeric powder.
- Fry for a while.
- Then add youghrt and stir it well for two minutes.
- Put salt to taste.
- Swich off the fire.
- Serve with paratha or hot rice.
