Baghara Dahi

  1. In one bowl, take one tbsp cooking oil.
  2. Heat for two minutes.
  3. Add mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, chilli powder and turmeric powder.
  4. Fry for a while.
  5. Then add youghrt and stir it well for two minutes.
  6. Put salt to taste.
  7. Swich off the fire.
  8. Serve with paratha or hot rice.
