Yucuatan Cheviche

  1. prepare all ingredients in a stainless mixing bowl.
  2. cover with the lemon & lime juice and marinade overnight or up to 24 hours.
  3. Serve in a large margarita or martini glass with avocado slices & cilantro sprigs for garnish.
  4. Can be eaten with tortilla chips or in individual margarita or martini glasses as a first course.
