Pork Fillets with Creamy Smoked Paprika Sauce

  1. SEASON the pork with salt and pepper and spray with oil.
  2. Heat a large frypan and brown the pork well on all sides.
  3. Transfer the pork to an oven tray and bake in a moderately hot oven 190C for 15 -20 minutes until just cooked and still a little pink.
  4. Wrap in foil and stand 5 minutes before slicing.
  5. HEAT the oil in the pan and saute the onion and mushrooms for 3-5 minutes until softened.
  6. Add the garlic and paprika a cook a further minute.
  7. STIR in the PHILLY, mustard, and Worcestershire, stir until combined and allow to simmer a further 2 minutes.
  8. Arrange sliced pork onto serving plates and spoon over the sauce.
  9. Serve with mash and green beans.
  10. Serve immediately
