Pork Fillets with Creamy Smoked Paprika Sauce
- 500g pork fillets
- salt and pepper
- olive oil spray
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large onion, sliced Safeway 3 lb For $2.99 thru 02/09
- 200g button mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 250ml PHILADELPHIA Light Cream For Cooking
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
- mashed potatoes, for serving
- green beans, for serving
- SEASON the pork with salt and pepper and spray with oil.
- Heat a large frypan and brown the pork well on all sides.
- Transfer the pork to an oven tray and bake in a moderately hot oven 190C for 15 -20 minutes until just cooked and still a little pink.
- Wrap in foil and stand 5 minutes before slicing.
- HEAT the oil in the pan and saute the onion and mushrooms for 3-5 minutes until softened.
- Add the garlic and paprika a cook a further minute.
- STIR in the PHILLY, mustard, and Worcestershire, stir until combined and allow to simmer a further 2 minutes.
- Arrange sliced pork onto serving plates and spoon over the sauce.
- Serve with mash and green beans.
- Serve immediately
