Artichoke And Feta Cheese Souffle Recipe
- 5 x Large eggs
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 8 ounce cottage cheese
- 2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 ounce Feta cheese crumbled
- 6 ounce artichoke hearts liquid removed, minced
- Combine all ingredients.
- Spray five ramekins with cooking spray.
- Divide mix in bowls (about 1/2 c. each).
- Bake at 400 degrees till golden brown (20 to 30 min).
- Remove ramekin to serving plate.
- Serve accompanied with toast, muffins, roasted potatoes, or possibly other side dish.
