Instant Iced Coffee

• 1 cup boiling water
• 3 tbsp Instant coffee
• 1/2 cup flavored liquid creamer
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 2 cup cold water
• 1 crushed ice
• 1 Cool Whip or Redi Whip if desired

1. Add three tablespoons instant coffee and 1/4 cup sugar to a 2 quart pitcher.
2. Add one cup boiling water to pitcher.
3. Stir to dissolve coffee and sugar.
4. Add 1/2 cup flavored creamer.
5. Add two cups of cold water to pitcher, and stir.
6. Add crushed ice to glass.
7. Pour coffee over ice.
8. Add Cool Whip or Redi Whip for garnish.
