Glazed Lemon-Coconut Bars

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. In small bowl, stir together 1 cup Bisquick mix and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar.
  3. Cut in butter, using pastry blender or crisscrossing 2 knives, until crumbly.
  4. Press in ungreased 8-inch square pan.
  5. Bake about 10 minutes or until light brown.
  6. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix all remaining Bar ingredients.
  7. Pour coconut mixture over baked layer.
  8. Bake about 25 minutes or until set and golden brown.
  9. Loosen edges from sides of pan while warm.
  10. In small bowl, stir all Lemon Glaze ingredients until smooth; spread over bars.
  11. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
  12. For bars, cut into 4 rows by 4 rows.
  13. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): In step 2, bake crust about 12 minutes.
