Vegetable Beef Soup Recipe

  1. Remove meat from bone.
  2. Cut in bite size pcs.
  3. Brown in warm fat.
  4. Add in bones, water, tomato juice, onion, and seasonings.
  5. Cover and simmer 2 hrs.
  6. Add in vegetables; cover.
  7. Simmer 1 hour longer.
  8. Remove bones and bay leaves before serving.
  9. Makes 8 servings.
