Country Rigatoni
- 2 cups Rigatoni Noodles
- 28 ounces, fluid Peeled, Whole Tomatoes
- 8 ounces, fluid Tomato Sauce
- 1 can Tomato Paste, 6-ounce Can
- 3/4 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1/2 teaspoons Oregano
- 18 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 13 cups Vodka
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cups Grated Romano Cheese
- 1 pound Ground Pork
- 1.
- Cook Noodles according to package directions.
- 2.
- Pour can of whole tomatoes in a large skilled and mash.
- 3.
- Add tomato sauce, paste, spices, whipping cream and butter.
- 4.
- Cook over medium heat and stir until mixed evenly.
- 5.
- Add vodka to sauce.
- 6.
- Slowly add cheeses, stirring continuously 7.
- Heat to a boil.
- 8.
- Reduce heat and simmer.

- Cook and ground pork in a frying pan, drain and add to sauce.
- 9.
- Serve over cooked rigatoni noodles.
