BBQ Chicken Rice Skillet
- 1 Tbsp. oil*
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lb.)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1-1/2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken; cook 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Remove from skillet.
- Add water, barbecue sauce and corn to skillet.
- Bring to boil.
- Stir in MINUTE Rice.
- Top with chicken; cover.
- Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
- Stir.
