Easy Squid and Japanese Leek Stir-Fry with Oyster Sauce and Mayo

  1. Remove the entrails from the squid.
  2. Slice into rounds without peeling off its skin (you can also cooks the insides if you'd like).
  3. Julienne the leek on the diagonal.
  4. Put all the ingredients except for the oyster sauce into the frying pan.
  5. Mix, and stir-fry over medium heat.
  6. When the Japanese leek softens, add the oyster sauce and continue to stir-fry.
  7. Mix well to finish.
  8. Scatter some shichimi spice and enjoy as a drinking appetizer!
