Easy Squid and Japanese Leek Stir-Fry with Oyster Sauce and Mayo
- 1 Squid (without the tentacles)
- 1 Japanese leek
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 clove Grated garlic
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 Shichimi spice
- Remove the entrails from the squid.
- Slice into rounds without peeling off its skin (you can also cooks the insides if you'd like).
- Julienne the leek on the diagonal.
- Put all the ingredients except for the oyster sauce into the frying pan.
- Mix, and stir-fry over medium heat.
- When the Japanese leek softens, add the oyster sauce and continue to stir-fry.
- Mix well to finish.
- Scatter some shichimi spice and enjoy as a drinking appetizer!
