Chicken/Pork Recipe
- 1 cut up chicken
- 1 (2 lb.) pork butt
- 4 bay leaves
- 3/4 c. Kikkoman sauce
- 1 tbsp. peppercorns
- 3-4 shakes black pepper
- 2 teaspoon Accent
- 1-2 dashes garlic pwdr
- Healthy pinch of crushed red pepper
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Cut pork into cubes.
- Put all in kettle and cook 45 min.
- Serve over rice.
