Lasagna Roll Ups
- 6 strips Lasagna Noodles
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1 cup Grated Zucchini
- 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoons Gralic Powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 cup Spaghetti Sauce, Chunky Is Prefered
- 4 Tablespoons Mozzarella
- 1.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- 2.
- Boil noodles until (al dente) about 12-14 minutes
- 3.
- Combine next 8 ingredients in a large bowl.
- 4.
- Place cooked noodles flat on plastic wrap or cutting board.
- 5.
- Put dash of spaghetti sauce in bottom of baking dish
- 6.
- Place 3 tablespoons of cheese mixture on each noodle and spread around.
- 7.
- Roll up noodles and place them seam side down in baking dish.
- 8.
- Top with remaining sauce and cheese
- 9.
- Cover and bake for 2o minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes .
