Denver Omelet Mini Appetizers
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Honey Ham, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. each finely chopped green peppers and onions
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Whisk eggs and water in medium bowl until blended.
- Stir in ham and veggies.
- Spoon into 12 mini muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 18 to 20 min.
- or until centers are set, and tops are puffed and golden brown.
