Whole Lotta Herbs Glazed Salmon

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an oven safe dish with foil and spray lightly with nonstick spray.
  2. On a cutting board, mince all herbs and place into a small bowl.
  3. Pour teriyaki sauce, sweet chili sauce, garlic, pepper, and salt into the bowl along with the minced herbs, and whisk together with a fork.
  4. Place salmon fillets skin side down in the bottom of the foil-lined dish.
  5. Pour the glaze over the top and distribute evenly with a basting brush.
  6. Place salmon in the oven, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes, basting again halfway through the cooking process.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for five minutes before serving.
  8. Add steamed veggies on the side for a light and healthy meal.
