Whole Lotta Herbs Glazed Salmon
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Basil, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Lime Basil, Minced
- 1/2 teaspoons Lemon Thyme, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Cilantro, Minced
- 13 cups Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/4 cups Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 whole 5-6 Oz. Salmon Fillets
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an oven safe dish with foil and spray lightly with nonstick spray.
- On a cutting board, mince all herbs and place into a small bowl.
- Pour teriyaki sauce, sweet chili sauce, garlic, pepper, and salt into the bowl along with the minced herbs, and whisk together with a fork.
- Place salmon fillets skin side down in the bottom of the foil-lined dish.
- Pour the glaze over the top and distribute evenly with a basting brush.
- Place salmon in the oven, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes, basting again halfway through the cooking process.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for five minutes before serving.
- Add steamed veggies on the side for a light and healthy meal.
