Armadillo eggs (Bacon wrapped jalapenos)

  1. prepare grill to medium heat using charcoal
  2. cut peppers lengthwise in half
  3. gut pepper halves of seeds and vains
  4. mix cream cheese and package of ranch dressing together until fully mixed together in a medium sized bowl
  5. stuff the peppers with the mix
  6. cut all bacon strips in half
  7. wrap bacon and poke toothpick through all the peppers to hold bacon in place
  8. place peppers on the grill and close
  9. peppers will be ready when bacon is cooked and pepper is tender.
  10. this will take about 20 minutes
