Armadillo eggs (Bacon wrapped jalapenos)
- 20 large jalapeno peppers
- 1 packages of dry ranch dressing
- 2 packages of bacon
- 2 lb of cream cheese
- 40 toothpicks
- prepare grill to medium heat using charcoal
- cut peppers lengthwise in half
- gut pepper halves of seeds and vains
- mix cream cheese and package of ranch dressing together until fully mixed together in a medium sized bowl
- stuff the peppers with the mix
- cut all bacon strips in half
- wrap bacon and poke toothpick through all the peppers to hold bacon in place
- place peppers on the grill and close
- peppers will be ready when bacon is cooked and pepper is tender.
- this will take about 20 minutes
