JELL-O Strawberry Parfaits

  1. Add boiling water to gelatin mix; stir 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Add ice; stir until gelatin is slightly thickened.
  4. Remove any unmelted ice.
  5. Lean 4 parfait glasses, at an angle, against sides of muffin pan cups.
  6. Reserve 4 strawberries for garnish.
  7. Slice remaining berries; stir into gelatin.
  8. Spoon into tilted glasses.
  9. Refrigerate 2 hours or until gelatin is firm.
  10. Top with COOL WHIP and reserved berries before serving.
