Lovers ,Holiday ,Hearts Salisbury Steak

• 14 saltines crackers
• 2 tsp of parsley flakes
• 1/2 cup of milk
• 2 tbsp sweat / smoky rub .mc.
• 1 lb of ground beef
• 1 tsp molasses bacon spice
• 1/2 cup mushrooms
• 18 beef gravy
• 3 tbsp Heinz ketchup
• 2 tsp soy sauce
• 1/2 tsp of pepper
• 1/2 onion diced
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 egg per pound

1. preheat oven at 350F combine the 8 ingredieat,and place on baking pan , and put on cooking spray on pan , make into heart shape .
2. put on pan then put in oven 45 to 50 min.
3. while that's cooking combine the ketchup soy sauce ,pepper ,mushrooms, beef gravy, in pot and heat on low heat .
4. until it is well blended and check the Salisbury steaks in oven .when done pour gravy on.
5. mashed potatoes and steaks .
6. make sure they are done enjoy
