Enchiladas

  1. preheat oven to 350'
  2. in a large skillet combine meat, green onions, fire roasted chili's, garlic, salt and pepper together and cook until meat is brown.drain juice from chili's before you add to ground turkey.
  3. Get a large baking dish and pour just a little sauce in the bottom.
  4. Put mixture into flour shell and roll together as tight as you can.
  5. Pour the remaining sauce over enchiladas and sprinkle cheese evenly throughout.
