Veggie Platter Buttermilk Ranch Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and rinse with cool water.
  2. Put into a large bowl and sprinkle with olive oil (1-2 Tbsp) and fresh ground pepper, mix well.
  3. Add all of the cut up veggies, you can add really any veggies you want, my family will eat any and loves all of them in this salad.
  4. Mix the salad dressing and toss with the pasta and veggies.
  5. Chill for a few hours and serve.
