Grand Slam Barbecues
- 2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
- 2 lb. deli baked ham, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup yellow onion, minced
- 5 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 18 buttered round sandwich buns
- Heat oven to 425F.
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients except buns.
- Divide mixture among the sandwich buns.
- Wrap each sandwich in foil.
- Heat in the oven 15 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
