Lemon Lime-Ginger Fruit Pops

  1. Add ginger ale to drink mix in plastic or glass pitcher; stir until mix is completely dissolved.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup (50 mL) of the prepared drink into each of 20 frozen pop moulds (or into each of 10 pop moulds for trial recipe); insert handle or wooden pop stick in centre of each.
  3. Freeze until drink is frozen solid.
  4. Dip pop mould in warm water just before serving to loosen frozen pop; gently remove pop from mould.
