Valentine Cherry Whirl

  1. In a blender container that holds 5 cup, place cherry syrup and chilled pineapple juice.
  2. Sprinkle gelatin on top, then add hot pineapple juice.
  3. Cover and process at low speed until gelatin dissolves.
  4. Turn to highest speed, and add remaining ingredients except chocolate bits, and continue processing until ice is melted and mixture begins to thicken.
  5. Pour at once into a 5 cup heart-shaped pan or mold.
  6. Chill about 1 hour; garnish with chocolate pieces.
