Sweet Curry Chicken Wraps
- 3 cups Kraft Coleslaw Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. hot red curry paste, Indian style
- 3 qt. cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1-1/2 cups Shredded carrots
- 1-1/2 cups Finely chopped red onions
- 1-1/2 cups Finely chopped green peppers
- 1-1/2 cups raisins
- - grilled chicken breast strips, warmed
- 24 each large flour tortillas, warmed
- 3 cups Kraft Habanero Heat Shredded Cheese
- Mix dressing and curry paste in large bowl.
- Add cabbage, carrots, onions, peppers and raisins; mix until well coated.
- For each wrap: Place 3 oz.
- (85 g) chicken on bottom half of tortilla.
- Top chicken with 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) cheese and 1/2 cup (125 mL) slaw mixture; roll up tightly.
- Serve immediately.
