Citrus, Tomato & Asparagus Salad

  1. Tie kitchen string around asparagus.
  2. Stand, stem ends down, in saucepan of boiling water, with water just coming to bottoms of tips; simmer on medium-low heat 3 to 4 min.
  3. or until asparagus is crisp-tender.
  4. Drain; rinse with cold water until cooled.
  5. Mix dressing, onions, lemon zest and juice until blended.
  6. Arrange tomatoes on platter; top with asparagus.
  7. Drizzle with dressing mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
