  2. Top with remaining ingredients.
  3. Roll up tortillas tightly.
  4. Cut each crosswise into 5 slices.
  5. Each serving provides: 4%DV vitamin A, 0%DV vitamin C, 10%DV calcium, 2%DV iron.
  6. Exchange: 1/2 Starch, 1 Fat
