Basic Herb Vinegar Salad Dressing Recipe

• 1 c. extra virgin olive oil
• 1 c. vinegar
• 2 tbsp. herbs, your choice
• Salt & pepper to taste if you like

1. Combine all ingredients in a glass cruet and shake to mix before using.
