Pork Belly In Chinese Wine

  1. quick blanch pork ,drain and pat dry
  2. marinate pork for half hour
  3. in pan low heat with oil fragrant ginger then add sugar till caramelized then add pork and sear for 1 minute then add water and balance marinated sauce
  4. put all ingredient into preasure cooker on high for 25 to 30 minute then off heat
