Pork Belly In Chinese Wine
- 5 slice ginger
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp shaoxing wine
- 1/2 cup dark soy sauce
- 3 small star anis
- 3 stick cinnamon
- 1000 grams 250gram per person pork belly
- quick blanch pork ,drain and pat dry
- marinate pork for half hour
- in pan low heat with oil fragrant ginger then add sugar till caramelized then add pork and sear for 1 minute then add water and balance marinated sauce
- put all ingredient into preasure cooker on high for 25 to 30 minute then off heat
