Easy Chicken Tarragon Recipe
- 1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 2 teaspoon instant chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
- 6 lg. chicken breasts
- 1 pound can cling peach halves
- Put first 8 ingredients in a jar and shake.
- Wipe chicken dry and put in shallow baking dish.
- Pour mix over chicken.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
- Then place peaches in dish and pour juice from peaches over all and place under broiler 3-5 min till brown.
