Cranberry and Apple Compote

  1. Place all ingredients in a medium sauce pan.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer till apples at soft and tender.
  3. Do not cook to long or they will become mush.
  4. Allow to cool and then container and put in fridge till needed.
  5. Warm though before serving.
