Blackberry Melba Sauce Recipe
- 1 c. Blackberries, fresh or possibly frzn
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 6 tsp Sugar Sugar substitute = To 6 ts sugar
- In a small saucepan, combine Blackberries and 1 tb of the water.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer till the berries start to fall apart.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in the rest of the water.
- add in to berries and cook till mix thickens, about 1 minute.
- Remove from heat.
- Strain mix and stir in sugar.
- Serve over any fruit or possibly frzn dietary dessert.
