Blackberry Melba Sauce Recipe

  1. In a small saucepan, combine Blackberries and 1 tb of the water.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer till the berries start to fall apart.
  4. Dissolve the cornstarch in the rest of the water.
  5. add in to berries and cook till mix thickens, about 1 minute.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Strain mix and stir in sugar.
  8. Serve over any fruit or possibly frzn dietary dessert.
