Pumpkin Pie
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 12 cups pumpkin
- 34 cup sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon ginger
- 14 teaspoon clove
- 1 23 cups evaporated milk or 1 23 cups light cream
- 1 pie shell
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Mix in order given.
- Pour in pastry shell.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Lower temperature to 350 degrees for 45 minutes more (or until done).
