Chocolate Popsicles

• 1 12 cups milk
• 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (or to taste)
• 3 teaspoons splenda sugar substitute (3 packetsor to taste)

1. Mix until smooth, pour into popsicle molds.
2. Freeze.
