Candy Cane Bath Salts

• 4 lb sea or kosher salt (6 cups)
• 4 lb epsom salts (16 cups)
• 12 tall canning jars (12 ounce) with lids and rings
• 1/2 tsp glycern
• 1 Pepperment essential oil
• 1 Red food coloring

1. Wash, rinse & dry canning jars
2. Empty one carton Epsom Salt into large bowl
3. Add 3 cups sea salt, stir well
4. Add 1/4 teaspoon glycerin and 6-8 drops essential oil.
5. Mix well
6. Repeate last step.
7. Add food coloring to this one only
8. Hold jars at desired angle.
9. Layer salts in jars, alternating between white and colored mixtures
