Italian Beef
- 1 whole Beef Roast
- 2 packages (about 1 Oz. Packet) Italian Seasoning Mix
- 1 bottle (12 Oz. Bottle) Beer
- Place a roast, frozen or thawed, in a crock pot.
- Pour beer over the roast, followed by the Italian seasoning packets.
- I use one packet per two pounds of roast.
- Cook overnight on high or for at least 6 hours.
- Tear meat apart and remove any bones or excess fat.
- Cook an additional 2-3 hours on high or up to 8 hours on low.
- Serve on bread or buns of your choice.
- Provolone cheese is a great addition to the sandwich.
