Smoky Cauliflower
- 1 large Head of cauliflower, broken into florets (about 9 cups)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 2 clove Garlic, minced (1 tsp)
- Preheat oven to 450F.
- Line cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Place florets in large bowl.
- Mix all but garlic and drizzle over florets.
- Toss to coat.
- Spread cauliflower onto prepared pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Stir in garlic, bake for 10-15 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.
