Mark's Grain Bread

  1. Comibine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix, then kneed about 10 minutes if by hand until dough is smooth and elastic.
  3. Place dough in lightly greased bowl, cover and let rise about 1 hour.
  4. Turn dough onto an oiled surface.
  5. Shape.
  6. Place in lightly greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch pan.
  7. Let rise in pan about 1 1/4 hours.
  8. Bake bread in preheated 350 degree oven, 40 to 45 minutes, until bread reaches 190 internal temperature.
  9. Let cook on wire rack.
