Creamy Tomato Rigatoni With Meatballs

  1. Cook pasta al dente, according to the package.
  2. In a sauce pan heat the oil and stir in the sofrito and heat up the meatballs, add all the spices and half of the creamy tomato sauce and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. When the meatballs are ready toss in the pasta and the rest of the remaining sauce.
  4. Serve and top it of with the parmesan cheese and the chives.
  5. ENJOY!!!
