Olive rice and malta with black beans

  1. In a pot add the oil heat add rice and coat the rice and stir fry
  2. After most of rice is turned color a bit add malta and water
  3. Add olives and olive juice
  4. Cook till liquid bubbles up through the rice forming craters cover remove from heat keep covered for 12 minutes minimum
  5. In a pan add beans and spices
  6. Add the soup
  7. Add refried beans
  8. Heat add onions and vinegar if you like
  9. Serve separately or together
