Easy Lemon Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and lemon peel in large bowl.
  3. Stir until well blended.
  4. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
  5. Press pecan half into center of each cookie.
  6. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
  7. Cool 1 minute on baking sheets, remove to wire rack.
  8. Cool completely then store in airtight container.
