Southwest-Style Steak Salad

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Sprinkle steak with seasoning.
  3. Grill 5 min.
  4. on each side or until medium doneness (160 degrees F), adding corn to grill the last 5 min.
  5. and cooking until tender and golden brown, turning occasionally.
  6. Remove steak and corn from grill; cover steak loosely with foil.
  7. Cool corn 5 min.
  8. ; cut off kernels with sharp knife.
  9. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
  10. Cover 4 plates with salad greens; top with avocados, corn, crushed chips and cilantro.
  11. Drizzle with dressing.
  12. Top with meat.
