Summer Salad with Grilled Sausage

  1. Beat oil, mustard, vinegar and pepper with wire whisk until well blended; cover.
  2. Grill bratwurst as directed on package.
  3. Toss greens, onions, cucumbers and tomatoes with 1/4 cup of the dressing in large bowl.
  4. Cover and refrigerate remaining dressing for another use.
  5. Divide salad mixture between two plates.
  6. Top each salad with 1 sliced bratwurst.
