Salted Chocolate Cakes Delicious with Konbucha

  1. Melt all ingredients in a double broiler.
  2. Combine ingredients and sift.
  3. Preheat oven at 170C.
  4. Combine egg and sugar and mix with a whisk.
  5. It's okay if there's still some graininess of the sugar.
  6. Mix in the melted chocolate.
  7. Don't worry if it's still hot.
  8. Sift the powdered ingredients (for the second time) into the bowl.
  9. Mix well with a whisk.
  10. Pour into a pan (or cupcake liners) and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven to finish.
