  1. Wash chicken pieces and pat dry.
  2. In large skillet, brown chicken in oil.
  3. Remove chicken.
  4. Pour off fat.
  5. Add onion and tomatoes; cook and stir 5 minutes or until onion is tender.
  6. Stir in rice, broth and next seasonings.
  7. Add chicken.
