Great American Potato Salad

  1. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, celery seed, salt and pepper in large bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
  3. Cover.
  4. Refrigerate at least 4 hours to allow flavors to blend.
