Short Handed Western Sandwich

• 1 tablespoon Cheez Whiz, process cheese product
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 green onion, chopped
• 2 slices bread, toasted

1. heat Cheez Whiz in microwaveable dish on medium power for 20 seconds.
2. Add egg and onion.
3. Cook on medium power for 2 minutes, stirring after 30 seconds.
4. Spread toast with additional Cheez Whiz and place egg mixture between toast.
