Mushroom In Essence Of Chicken Broth

• 8 presoaked Wood ear mushroom
• 3 tbsp GOJI berries/wolf berry
• 20 Chinese red date
• 1 can 10 straw mushroom
• 2 bottle of essence of chicken
• 3 cup any stock

1. Put all ingredients to a pot and bring it to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes
2. Serve hot
