Cottage Cheese Dip

• 1 (16 ounce) containerwhipped low fat cottage cheese
• 1 onion, minced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
• 1 -3 dash hot sauce

1. Combine all and chill.
